Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms apply to the IT services that dasterit.tech (“we”, “us”) provides to business clients (“you”). If we sign an individual service agreement with you, that agreement takes priority over these terms.
1. Who our services are for
We work with companies, organisations and self-employed professionals (B2B). Our services are not intended for consumers.
2. Services
We provide IT helpdesk (L1–L3), infrastructure management, website administration and DevOps, as described in the plans on this website. The exact scope, number of users, servers, devices, websites or hours is confirmed in your order or service agreement after the free IT audit. Work outside the agreed scope is billed at our hourly rates after your approval.
3. Working hours and response times
- Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET/CEST, excluding public holidays agreed in the contract.
- Response times stated in the plans are counted in business hours. A response means a qualified engineer has started working on your request.
- Monitoring runs 24/7. Alerts outside business hours are handled at the start of the next business day.
- Urgent work outside business hours is possible only by prior arrangement and is billed at 1.5× the hourly rate.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros (EUR) and do not include taxes that may apply in your country.
- Monthly plans are invoiced monthly in advance. Yearly plans are invoiced for 12 months in advance with a 10% discount. If you end a yearly plan early, the months already used are recalculated at the monthly price and the rest is refunded.
- Invoices are paid by bank transfer within 14 days.
- Onboarding is a one-time fee of 50% of the first month, minimum €150, maximum €490. There is no onboarding fee for DevOps plans.
- Helpdesk and infrastructure services start at €299 a month.
- Hourly work is billed in 15-minute steps after the first hour.
- First-client offer: the first 10 clients receive 20% off the monthly price for the first 6 months and free onboarding. The discount does not combine with yearly billing.
- Unused hours included in a plan do not carry over to the next month.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us the access we need, through named accounts, and keep your contact details up to date.
- Keep software licenses, hosting and cloud subscriptions in your name and paid, unless agreed otherwise.
- Tell us about changes to your systems that may affect our work.
- Do not send passwords by plain email. We will suggest a secure way to share access.
6. Confidentiality and data protection
We keep all information about your company and systems confidential and use it only to provide the services. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28). How we handle personal data collected through this website is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
We perform our work with professional care. Our total liability under a contract is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
8. Term and cancellation
Monthly plans run until cancelled. Either side can cancel with 30 days’ written notice (email is enough). On termination we hand over all access, documentation and the latest backups that we hold.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For existing clients, changes apply from the next billing period after we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.
10. Applicable law
The applicable law and place of jurisdiction are set out in your individual service agreement. We always try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith first.
